Fitness pole dancing is changing the nation one lady at a time! I am proud to have been the one to bring this fabulous workout to women on the Eastern Shore! Good girls do pole dance, and we are starting to see and hear about it everywhere. It is an incredible workout, lots of fun, and it's the hottest fitness craze! Women of all professions, ages, sizes and fitness levels are falling in love with pole dancing!

Book a Party or Take a Pole Power Class. The Pole Power is a private studio with small classes and ** poles. There are no spectators allowed. You may book a private lesson or party for just you and your friends. There are a variety of classes offered for women of all levels.

About Me
I am a ** year old wife, mother of two, and a registered nurse. I became interested in pole dancing after seeing it on TV so many times. After having my daughter, I was looking for something to get me out of the "mom" mode, and back in touch with my sexy side. And no, I have never been a stripper or exotic dancer! That is usually the first thing everyone wants to know. I have always been into fitness and love to dance, so I purchased a pole and a few DVDs. I am a self taught pole dancer! Shortly thereafter, I became an Independent business owner with EPM Empower Net and began instructing A Pole Lot of Fun home pole dancing parties. I found power in the pole and turned my spare room into a studio, and began looking for places to teach classes. I absolutely love to pole dance, and have become pole addicted! Besides the physical benefits, I have become more confident and have gotten my "sexy back"!

My mission is to empower women and encourage healthy relationships. I believe pole dancing strengthens women both physically and mentally--it is very powerful! The ladies build confidence and get fit while getting in touch with their sensual side in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. I love working with other women, and watching their "inner diva" come out! Women always leave feeling empowered, and I can tell they feel fabulous!
