Pole Velocity Dance and Fitness

It has been featured on Oprah, **/**, Conan O’Brien, The View as well as other popular television shows. Pole dancing is an artform that has moved out of the clubs and into many homes and dance studios worldwide.

When I hear music it makes me want to DANCE. It's my passion. I have danced since I was * years old and I plan on dancing until I am so old that I can't get out of my wheelchair. I have trained in ballet, tap, jazz, clogging, gymnastics, hip hop, Hawaiian, flamenco, belly dancing, Tahitian, striptease, pole dancing, Latin, and ballroom dancing. I attended Purdue University in W. Lafayette, Indiana and graduated in December **** with an accounting degree. Shortly after, I moved to Chicago and began my corporate career in August ****. I continued to take dance classes in my spare time, but always longed to become a dance instructor.

I teach private and semi-private lessons and home parties. I also offer * week classes. We start with very basic moves and work up to spins, poses, transitions and floor work. You will learn **-** different moves to make a whole routine at the end of the class series. The class is fun, frustrating, exciting and empowering all at the same time. It is a great way to tone your body and build strength. I encourage everyone in class to work at there own level so that they feel comfortable. Classes are located on the Northside of Chicago.
